Side question - who does everyone rent point through? Travel Agent? Some other agency? how does this work with ADR's and Fastpass reservations?

There are some sites out there for DVC only people - just search DVC forum and there is a big one that comes up as #1 I like that site more than others for it. There is also David's already mentioned. I have sent friends to each.

As said the rest is the same as a regular resort. You can get a really good deal and a lot of friends have used it. If I thought I'd have spare points I'd offer myself, but still waiting to see what my family does next year
