Where to stay? House or Villa

We are heading this year with a large party and will be renting a house or condo. Where is it really kid friendly and what website do you use?

When we stay off sight we rent from awardpoolhomes usually a house but we are going to try a condo this trip!

Both in 2011 and 2012, we have used www.contempovacationhomes.com and have stayed on Lake Wilson Preserve, around a 10/15minute drive from WDW. Lovely villas, quiet neighborhood and they all have pools. Would highly recommend them

Back in 2011 we rented a villa from http://www.orlando4villas.com/. I can't remember what community we stayed in but it was very nice. Our villa had 5 bedrooms, a game room and a pool.

We usually stay in a resort as close to disney as possible, we usually contact owners directly through a resort website, dealing direct with an owner we find delivers the best value for money, usually do a good bit of research on the owner and property online first before making a decision.
