My sister and her hubby just left for California, so the house is ours for the next week and a half.

All we have to do is take care of the cat and dog, and pick up my niece's daughter at preschool 3 days a week.

I like that that made you think of me. It's actually quite fitting because the reason I didn't even log on yesterday was because I pretty much spent the whole day writing a song. I was playing the piano though.

That's a really awesome, close-up photo of the eagle. Did you have a zoom lens, or was it just a regular point and shoot camera you used?

It's actually a point and shoot that has manual adjustments too. It has a decent zoom to it, which works well if you use a tripod with it, but I didn't have the tripod with me yesterday. I'm learning how to use it now before we go to Alaska in August.
