:snore: Disney has been sleeping lately.
I think Eisner:hammer: needs to go, he has no more magic left in his hand. Wihtout Einser, Disney can do great things without the cutting of the budget. Of course, Eisners brainwashed everyone under his command whilwe ehs been here.

He has been there for many years, but he has keep Disney on there feet and if they get rid of him who will they have replace him? Disney will get a turn around after all this is over.

People seem to forget the sad state of affairs that was disney right before eisner took over.

But he still looks like a big goon....on the "One man's dream" film, he looks like jay rod! LOL

Eisner saved Disney, and has done numerous wonderful things for the company. I personally think he should stay, but he needs to refocus his aim for the company. He's trying to turn Disney into a media giant with acquisitions like ABC and Fox Family, rather than spending that capital on improving core competencies. Disney can turn around, but first it needs to trim some of the expensive excess rather than tax feature animation, the parks, and the spirit of the company.

It seems like he thinks he can draw people to the parks by just celbrating something...anything, and adding something to look at. (the 2000, sorcerer's hat, etc). It seems like Disney is afraid to do anything big like they did when they updated all of tomorrowland. Speaking of tomorrowland, what do you think about WDW using the color scheme of tomorrowland in DL, including repainting Space Mtn.

Us cast member seem to always talk about this in the break room, we all seem to agree that alot of the problem is the money isn't being put back into the parks it's being used by Eisner to fund his little media frenzy (aka Fox etc..).
