Wasn't that the Discovery Restaurant at one point? Or something like that?
It was a QS restaurant with a stage show. Wonderful place. Held plenty, and did breakfast too. And you didn't /couldn't book in advance! It was called Odyssey.
It was closed to save money in 1994-ish and instead the upper floor was squeezed into Stargate, today's Electric Umbrella.

They use Odyssey for different special events in the park. That is where they hold some F&W seminars, they had the Mom's Panel meet Up there a few years ago, I took a bonsai class there once during F&G as well. During the Test Track Grand opening they were using it as an area for quiet for people who wanted to watch the stage show/dedication but couldn't be out in the crowds. The first year of Social Media Moms they used it too... I can't remember for what though.

That's how I felt when somone else on these boards mentioned how they never knew what 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea was or that it existed before where FLE is now.
It's under the lake infront of Odyssey.

No, that is a true fact...there is a sinkhole located where the water feature is between Future World and World Showcase Plaza...thats why there is water there, even though it seemed odd to have it 'right there' in that certain spot!
