Have you looked at the Segway tours? My kids did the Epcot one as teens and loved it.

My teenage daughter loves everything I do so we try to do it all, but we have never been to a water park. It is on our to do list for our next visit. I know that she also likes to be at the park at night. She also loves the character meals as much as we all do so you could try that too.

There's plenty to do at WDW for teens. If you stay at FW, you'd probably have the most.

I've always found it interesting to get off at each monorail stop and give a little self-tour of each resort.

As a college student, and a teenager not so long ago, I just liked being a part of deciding what we would do. Every teen is different, but most like thrill rides, so I suggest making sure you can hit all of those if they like thrill rides.
