Im staying at Disney CBR in March/April. I'll be checking in really late at night.

What are some things I want to make sure I ask and take care of upon check in?

If you have any special requests (room location for example) this is the time to bring them up again. You will also want to request a fridge or crib if you will be needing one. Other than that everything else will be taken care of.

Yes, as previously said, any special request you may have should be addresed before you are sent to your room.
For instance, 'close to the stairs/elevator, pool view, two beds, non smoking room, close or far from the ice machine, etc.', and any question pertaining the room and extra charges.
The rest of your doubts can be answered once in the room, by the bell boy who escorts you or by calling each department.
If you are checking in late, make sure you bring something to eat with you or that you already had dinner because Room Service is in most cases, not an all day service.
Have a nice trip! :)
