It would have been easier to list the ones we haven't been to but I was curious to see what the total count was. Now add an average of 3 stays at each of them and it's obvious my family has a Disney World addiction....

We've stayed at -
Beach Club Villas (studio)
Beach Club (standard room)
Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani (grand villa)

The grand villa was amazing but the pool at the Beach Club can't be beat!

This November we are doing our first split stay at -

Bay Lake Tower (2 bedroom villa)
Wilderness Lodge (bunk bed room)

Cannot wait! :D

1997 - Dixie Landings (is it Riverside or French Quarter now?)
1998/99 - All Star Movies
2007/08 - All Star Music
2012 - All Star Sports
2015 - Caribbean Beach

It is my intention to stay at a different resort every time. But that all depends on my budget!

First I will preface this by saying we've been going to wdw since Oct of 1972 and for some of the resorts I've lost track of how many times we've stayed at them.

In no particular order...
AoA cars suite and mermaid room
Pop
Allstar sports regular and preferred room
Allstar movies
Allstar music
Contemporary regular and once club level
Poly regular room and once in King Kamehameha room
Grand Floridian regular room and club level
Wilderness Lodge
Animal Kingdom Lodge
Boardwalk club level
Saratoga Springs in Treehouse Villa
Port Orleans French Quarter
Port Orleans Riverside preferred room, royal room, and regular room in mansions
Caribbean Beach pirate room and regular room
Coronado Springs preferred and regular room
Hilton by disney springs
And my house both when I lived in Orlando and now that I live 2 1/2 hrs away we sometimes take day trips...so does that count too lol?

I'll start by saying once you stay at a delixe its hard to stay at other resorts. But sometimes financially it's just not doable. We've stayed at...
Grand Floridian
Contemporary
Beach Club
Yacht Club
Boardwalk Inn
Port Orleans Riverside

That being said we've gone to most the resorts as well. Mainly for dining and such. But as Epcot lovers BC and YC are our favorite.

I've stayed at Caribbean Beach, Coronado, Dixie Landings (RIP), Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Old Key West about 10 times lol, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Pop Century, Beach Club, All Star Sports, All Star Movies, Port Orleans French Quarter, and Bay Lake Tower.

The favorite is Old Key West. But I'd love to stay in the Polynesian, I also really want to do Art of Animation

Heading to Pop Century next month.

Our first family trip was when Disney was doing some insane deal like buy four nights get three free at Animal Kingdom Lodge ... I remember it being a great deal. It's a beautiful resort. I like to stay somewhere different each trip. We thought the pool and scenery of Coronado was really nice too. The boat ride from Wilderness to MK was great. The boat ride from Riverside to Disney Springs was nice too.

In order of our favorite to least favorite:
Animal Kingdom Lodge (Both Jambo & Kidani)
Polynesian
Beach Club
Saratoga Springs
Boardwalk
Wilderness Lodge
Bay Lake Tower
Old Key West
POP Century
Port Orleans
All Star Music

Bay Lake Tower sits lower on your list. Just curious why? Seems like that would be a great one. Never been. Agree AKL is fantastic.

On paper, yeah BLT should have been epic. In reality, for us, it was not. We've stayed there twice and probably won't do it again unless we really need to stay at a MK resort and the Poly and VGF are already fully booked. Our pros & cons, based on our two stays, would look like:
PRO:
Great views, we had a lake view one stay and a partial theme park view on another.
Walking to MK is pretty awesome.
Lobby smells awesome, but so do many other DVC lobbies.
CON:
Check-in experience on both visits was horrible
The rooms were heavily worn and not what we expected.
Sliding bathroom doors with no latch or lock!?!? When did I book a room in an RV, oh wait, at least RV bathroom doors have a latch and a lock.
Getting to every other Disney park is a PITA and can take a while. Folks like to complain about AKL transportation, something I've never had issue with, but BLT transportation is worse IMO unless you are going to MK.
No food option!! Why do I have to trek all the way to the Contemporary to eat or eat at a pool!?!?

Perhaps I went in with too high of expectations.

Art of Animation (just one night)

Saratoga Springs 4x (one time, just one night; we usually drive versus flying and often wind up arriving a night earlier then when we were booked)
Bay Lake Tower 3X
Animal Kingdom Lodge (pre-DVC)
Wilderness Lodge
Boardwalk
Our next hopefully-won't need-to-cancel trip - a few nights at Kidani Village and a few nights at Grand Floridian.

Add a stay at the GF Villas and the Ft. Wilderness Cabins, and I think you've got them all. There are 27 resorts, I believe. :)

If I couldn't stay at a Deluxe (DVC now), I'd stay at POR. Hands down, the best Moderate IMHO.
