We will need to call right? Tickets and hotel not linking together

Dad got the military park hoppers and added them to MDE. Problem is the resort reservation isn't recognizing them and is only letting us book FP+ 30 days out vs 60

Is there a way to fix this online?

Are you 60 days out yet? It will show you 30 days out until you hit your 60 day mark.

You should be fine. I recently had the same issue (the hotel and park tickets were bough separately). I called Disney World's help center and they let me know all was fine, just wait until you are 60 days out and it will allow you to book the fast passes. They said it opens between 6:30 and 7 in the morning, so I woke up early and kept refreshing the page until the fast passes opened up.
