If you want to try learning it by ear, you could start by humming the first few notes of the song, and then figuring out which note it is on the piano. Afterward, you just figure what other notes compliment the main one, forming one of the chords. It's a little labor intensive, but you get the hang of it after a bit.

I have fun with that song when I play it on the piano... Although I kind of rearranged it so it's filled with ascending arpeggios and a couple key changes. But I play by ear too, so it's all in good fun.
