Note that this is not the total cost. The permits for Buena Vista Construction, Disney's internal construction company, do not have costs on them. They would be doing a lot of the detail and theme related work, like installing all the show scenes in GMR, so there is likely a good chunk on money there.

We probably shouldn't get to excited about this one, but I will offer it up anyway. The work area is just for the mountain area of the ride and the expiration date is 6/30/2015.

it's amazing how they get away with such generic descriptions of the work to be done. Most of the permits i've ever pulled required detailed descriptions or detailed drawings.

Well, these aren't actually permits, they are Notices of Commencement used to indicate that work on a permit is about to begin. The actual permit records are not available on-line.
