Opening Day:
On this day, October 13, 2005, The Walt Disneyland Bay Resort opens. This is not just a park, this is a full blown resort with the Walt Disneyland, two resort hotels, and the Disney Shops Village. Here at the bay we will flourish and grow. We will do everything we can to make this the ultimate theme park experience. So, without hesitating, welcome one and all to the Walt Disneyland Bay Resort.

Disneyland Park-
Disneyland Park is the main showstopper at the Walt Disneyland Bay Resort. Opening with 6 lands, 27 attractions, 13 eateries, and 16 stores. The first land, Main Street Crossroads, will have guests in the middle of many cultures, much like EPCOT's World Showcase. At the end of Main Street Crossroads is Culture Castle. At 198 feet tall, this is the tallest Disney castle. Inside the castle is the Countries of Earth Restaurant.

The second land is Storybookland, based off Fantasyland. It is split into two areas, Storybook Lake and Storybook Circus. Storybook Lake is home to Snow White's Scary Adventures, Pooh's Turning Honey Pots, and Peter Pan's Merry Adventures. Storybook Circus is home to Dumbo and Friends and the Barnstormer.

The third land is Adventure Port. Adventure Port is home to the Jungle Cruise and the all new Dragon Breath coaster. There is also a show called Walt Disney's Polynesian Show. This thirty minute show will take place five times a day. Dancing fish and singing hula dancers will make this show a star.

The fourth land is Desert Ranch. Desert Ranch takes place during the 1850s and 60s Gold Rush. Take the mine train in Big Thunder Gold Mine Railroad or take a ride on the frontier take of chair-o-planes called Frontier Twisters. Go and drop in on Geyser Fall.

The fifth land is Liberty Bay. Here in Liberty Bay, take a ride and meet ghosts on the Haunted Tower or help the Revolutionary War in Mission: Revolution. This land is also home to two sub-lands, Revolution Point (Where Mission: Revolution is located) and Old Town (Where Haunted Tower is located).

The sixth and final land is Tomorrow Lagoon. Nestled around Future Lake, Tomorrow Lagoon is home to five sub-lands, Rocket Era, Steampunk Bay, Alien City, Glass Point, and Classic Today. Rocket Era is home to the updated version of Rocket to the Moon, Mission to Mars, and the Rocket Launch, a launched ride. In Steampunk Bay, you'll find a steampunk twist on the original Disney Timekeeper called Steampunk Time Turners. Alien City is home to the ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter, MISSION: Space, and The Alien Claw. Glass Point is home to Walt Disney's House of the Future, Carousel of Progress, and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. You'll find Journey to the Center of the Earth in Classic Today.

Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa-
Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa is the main hotel at the resort. The hotel is split into three wings, Crossroads, Princess Place, and Animation Courtyard. Each wing has 120 rooms. There are two main pools and one smaller pool in Princess Place. The two main pools are Crossroad Lagoon and the Pages Pool. There is one restaurant in each wing, along with two shops in the main Crossroads wing. The best part about the hotel is the Bay Day Spa. Guests staying at the resort will get special discounts. This is located on the top floor of the Animation Courtyard with spectacular views of the hotel.

Disney Shops Village-
This is where all the shopping and dining happens. Disney Shops Village has two shops, one quick-service restaurant, and two sit-down restaurants. The first shop is the World of Disney, being the largest Disney shop on the planet. The other shop is Disney Couture. The quick-service restaurant is Fantasia Foods, with foods based around Fantasia. The two sit-down restaurants are Chef Mickey's and Donald and Daisy's Old Fashion Cooking. Chef Mickey's will serve American food and Donald and Daisy's Old Fashion Cooking will serve more country-style food. There are, of course, parcels of land to expand in the future.

Disney's Decades Resort Hotel-
This is a cheaper resort that is separated into 6 wings, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s. Each wing will contain about 75 rooms. There are three main pools, the Peace Pool, Computer Pool, and Pin Pool. Each pool will contain a themed water slide and a small fountain. There is one restaurant located in the 70s wing. One shop is located in every wing.

Parking-
Parking lots serve four purposes which are guests parking cars, taxi drop-offs and pick-ups, on-site buses, and off-site buses. Each lot will be themed. The four lots near Disneyland Park will be based on Mickey and Pals, and the two lots near the Disney Shops Village will be based on Disney Princesses.

Transportation-
Walt Disneyland Bay Resort will have two main ways to get around, buses and pedestrian walkways. Guests arriving from nearby airports will be allowed to ride the Disney Magical Express with two stops, Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa and Disney's Decades Resort Hotel.

You can also enter Walt Disneyland Bay Resort by using a taxi and/or car, as well as other modes of transportation. Guests heading to the Disneyland Park will be sent directly to the Mickey and Pals parking lots while guests heading to the resorts and Disney Shops Village will be directed to the Disney Princesses lots.

Pedestrian walkways can be found everywhere. They connect all 4 amenities at the resort and the parking lots. Trams will be sent to help with guests going to and from the lots and park. The main connection of the walkways will be Compass Pass, found in front of Disneyland Park.

Disney owned buses will transport Disney's Decades Resort Hotel guests to Disneyland Park. Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa will have buses to Disney Shops Village. There will also be Disney owned buses that take visitors from Disneyland Park to Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa. Meanwhile other Disney owned buses will take visitors of Disney Shops Village to Disney's Decades Resort Hotel.

Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa-
Walk directly to the right of Disneyland Park and guests be greeted with the extravagant Victorian-style Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa. Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa will have three wings, each with 120 rooms. These three wings are Crossroads, Princess Place, and Animation Courtyard. These are based of Disney princesses, movies, and the Main Street Crossroads.

When pulling up, guests will be directed to the Crossroads wing. This is where they can check in. To the left of the check-in desk is Guest Relations. Guest Relations is where guests can leave comments and, get information about the resort, and buy tickets to Disneyland Park. Guest Relations can also help guests set up reservations to restaurants in Disneyland Park and the Disney Shops Village.

To the right of the check-in desk is the check-out desk. Here, guests will, well, check out. Guests will also get discounts for their next stay at any of the two Disney hotels. Children will also get a special sticker.

To the right of the desks is the wonderful lounge area. This is where guests can sit and relax. Two beautiful chandeliers hang, one above the desks, the other above the lounge. There are two main sitting areas, each containing two sofas, two chairs, and one coffee table with a plant. Two TVs play either Disney Channel or Must Do Disneyland Bay.

When entering the main hallway, guests will find the entrance to a stairwell that only goes up to the second floor. Behind the stairwell are two elevators that go up to the top floor. Going down the hall will lead guests to a nice sitting area and a door leading to the Crossroads Lagoon along with a Victorian garden with a wishing well based on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

On the other side of the lobby is the shopping area. This contains the Mickey's Royal Restaurant, Disney Fashion, and By the Bay Store. Mickey's Royal Restaurant is a formal restaurant requiring formal clothes. The restaurant is only open for dinner. During dinner, a live band playing instrumental Disney music will play. The food is fancy and there will be many different drinks from around the world.

Disney Fashion and By the Bay Store are the only two stores at the hotel. Disney Fashion is the more expensive choice and By the Bay Store is a beachy-themed store selling flip-flops, bathing suits, and sunglasses. On the top floor of the Crossroads wing is a gym called Muscle Magic. Enjoy exercising with a beautiful view of Disneyland Park.

The first main pool is Crossroad Lagoon. The Crossroad Lagoon is really a little pool area with a hidden Mickey Mouse as the pool. The Goofy Bar is where adults and children can get age-appropriate drinks and food. There is a water slide that goes into the pool.

On the left side of the Crossroads wing is the cheapest of all three wings, Princess Place. Guests stay in villas. Each villa is connected. The villas are in a circular pattern so in the middle is Sleeping Beauty's Beauty Cafe. The cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Aurora and the prince will greet you and fairies will guide you to your seat. The cafe serves quick food from Europe such as France, Germany, and Norway. There is a stage show that features Maleficent and Aurora. There is also Cinderella's Royal Garden which is a nice, quaint walking trail.

On the right side of the Crossroads is the Animation Courtyard wing. This is the moderate-priced wing. Guests can stay in either an Aladdin, Lion King, or Toy Story Wing. Behind the buildings is Andy's Chest, a sit-down restaurant themed around Toy Story. It serves country food. On top of the Aladdin tower is the Bay Day Spa.

And that is the end of our Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa.

Disney's Decades Resort Hotel-
The Disney's Decades Resort Hotel is considered the "value" hotel of the resort. It is located to the left of the Disneyland Park. Each wing contains around 75 rooms. The main wing is the 1970s wing.

Guests checking in will be directed to the 1970s wing. The first floor contains the check-in/out desk, Guest Relations, Food Century Cafe (quick-service), and the Disco Store. At Food Century Century Cafe, guests can get food based on food from the 1950s-200s. There are 200 tables that can either be booths or tables. The Disco Store is right across the way from the Food Century Cafe. The theme is a disco lounge that sells afros, aviator sunglasses, a fun disco ball bouncing ball, and much more.

Outside, in the center of the hotel, is the Peace Pool. This is one of the three main pools. This pool has a water slide, fountain, and bar called the Technic Tiki Bar. Straight ahead of the pool is the 2000s wing.

The 2000s wing is not that spectacular. This is mostly the same as the rest of the wings. The store is Cellular Cart. The 2000s rooms have views of the Walt Disneyland Bay Resort Hotel & Spa.

The 50s wing has the pin pool, the shape of a bowling pin. This store is Sock Hop Street. The 60s wing's store is the Hippy Palace. 80s is Rock Town Terrace. 90s is the Computer Cart and has the Computer Pool. The rest of the resort is landscaping as well as transportation to the rest of Walt Disneyland Bay Resort.

Main Street Crossroads-
"Today is the day you find yourself wondering, how will I not have fun."

When guests enter, they will go under the monorail station. One unique thing about the resort is that there is no train. The monorail station is themed to some of China's bullet train stations. After all, this land is based on cultures. Straight ahead you can see Culture Castle. Culture Castle is the park's castle which stands at 198 feet tall.

Take a ride on the Main Street Horse Drawn Carriages. These carriages will take guests up to the castle or to the monorail station. Also, like Hollywood Studios, Cast Members will come out and perform shows. This will only happen between noon and 3:00. At 4:00 in the afternoon, watch Mickey's Soundsational Parade.

At the beginning of Main Street Crossroads on the left is The Emporium. Here guests can buy Disney Memorabilia such as apparel, toys, house goods, and so much more! Continuing down the left side of Main Street Crossroads is Aladdin & Jasmine's Bizaar. This is where guests can buy merchandise referring to Aladdin and Arabia. Next is The Potts' Tea and Cafe. This English-styled cafe sells tea and British food. After that is the Royal Character Spot where you can meet Mickey & Pals, Mary Poppins, Lilo and Stitch, Aladdin and Jasmine, and Beauty and the Beast. Last but not least on the corner is French Nook, a fancy sit-down restaurant that serves French-styled food.

On the right side of Main Street Crossroads is the Fire Station. The fire station is really Guest Relations. Continuing down is Mickey's Movies. This is a real, 300-seat movie theater that shows classic Mickey Mouse cartoons in a 30-minute period. Next stop is Mulan's Lucky Temple. This is a store that has Chinese merchandise. The next and final place is Walt Disney's Marceline Munch During Lunch. This is the biggest spot in all of Disneyland Park. It is a 700-seat restaurant that sells food from the mid-west. The inside is set to look like a train.

We have now reached Culture Castle, but we aren't done yet. Inside the castle is Mickey's Culture Castle Tour, a 10-minute dark ride that goes around the castle. There is also Countries of Earth Restaurant
. At night, the Wishes fireworks go off which is very spectacular!

Now on to Tomorrow Lagoon

Tomorrowland Lagoon-
"Ask me tomorrow, ask me today, I will tell you, meet me tomorrow."

Guests who walk to the right of Culture Castle will find Tomorrow Lagoon. Nestled around Future Lake, Tomorrow Lagoon is home to five sub-lands, Rocket Era, Steampunk Bay, Alien City, Glass Point, and Classic Today. We'll start at the right. Welcome to Rocket Era.

Rocket Era is a white, glossy sub-land in Tomorrow Lagoon. When guests enter from the main side, to the right of them will be Rocket to the Moon 2.0. To the left is Mission to Mars. Guests who walk a little farther and to the right will find a building like Space Mountain, called Rocket Launch. Also in Rocket Era is Aliments Volants. That translates to Flying Foods. That is a quick-service restaurant sort of like Cosmic Ray's at MK.

Next is Steampunk Bay. Steampunk Bay has a statue in the middle that is a hover train. It's made out of all metallic. To the right of the statue is Steampunk Time Turners, a steampunk twist on Disney's Timekeeper. There is also The Trash Chute, a shop that is steampunk themed.

Alien City is basically a mini MK Tomorrowland. This sub-land holds ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter, MISSION: Space, and The Alien Claw. The Alien Claw is a Toy Story Ride. There is also a sit-down restaurant called the Lunching Pad. It is in a similar format to MK but no Astro Orbiter or WEDway Peoplemover.

Glass Point is practically Walt Disney's classic rides home. Carousel of Progress, House of the Future, and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. CoP is located to the left and House of the Future is located right next to it. 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is located to the left in Future Lake. There is also the Food of the Future, a quick-service next to House of the Future.

Classic Today is the final but not least sub-land. Besides Journey to the Center of the Earth, there is a lot of shopping to do here. For example, Journey Core-toure and Earth Day. For guests wishing to visit Storybookland, they'll find a walkway next to Classic Today.

Now on to Storybookland.

[
(Rocket to the Moon)
Queue: Upon entering, guests will be confronted with a small-scale model rocket ship. If guests look below them, they will see outer space. Guests will have to walk up a set of stairs in order to reach a Stitch's Great Escape style room.
Ride: When seated, a cast member will recite the safety rules and then the lights will go dim. While waiting, you can here astronauts going "3...2...1...". After a moment or two, the lights will come back on a little bit to reveal the middle. Star Wars type music will start playing as the middle projects guests leaving Earth and if guests look up, they can see the Moon coming closer. Guests will actually feel the pressure while going up. Then, on 3 TV screens found above the seats, an astronaut will come on saying, "Stay seated, there's a shower coming. We'll put you back down. Guests will feel like they're going down and before they know it, guests will be back on Earth and on they're feet to the exit.

(Mission to Mars)

(Rocket Launch)
Queue: When guests enter the queue, they will walk down stairs to get to the boarding station. While waiting, guests can play mini-games like Space Mountain in MK. Guests will then enter turnstiles to reach the boarding line. One cart can hold 6 people.
Ride: Once guests' lap bars are down, they will slowly start to turn and ascend a chain lift. This is like Space Mountain in MK. After guests stop lifting, they will feel the rush of a launch forward then swooping right and down. Then guests will swirl down before launching again and going up to a loop. Guests then will go up and down on small humps before having a jaggedy ride to the unloading station.

(Steampunk Time Turners)
Queue: The queue is nothing but a room with bubble-filled columns scattered around. Television screens shaped like gears display a countdown from 90. As part of the queue, 3-Eye, a robot, is shown on the screens. "Jules Verne and H. G. Wells. Ah, such fine memories of them. Oh, well, ehem. Hello and welcome to the Steampunk Steam Science Center. You see, those authors created things long before anyone invented them. Except for time-travel. Until today! Here I am, taking you in time, because I am qualified to time-travel. I studied M.I.T.T. Oh, I mean the Metropolis Institute of Time Travel. I should go check on Sir Archibald. Anyways, make yourself comfortable. Just keep walking.
Ride: As guests enter the main theater, Sir Archibald urges everyone to come inside. All nine movie screens display a machine pattern on them as the guests file in. After Sir Archibald finishes some final checks on his equipment, he introduces 3-Eye and puts her into the time machine to beam her into the past. At this point, the film begins on the screens, which are supposed to depict all of 3-Eye's camera eyes. After a wormhole-type effect on screen, 3-Eye opens her eyes in the Jurassic period and nearly gets eaten by a dinosaur. Sir Archibald teleports her out and into the Ice Age. After 3-Eye complains about the cold, Sir Archibald attempts to beam her to 1450 to see Johann Gutenburg's printing press but instead he sends her into the middle of a Scottish battle, where she gets hit between the eyes. After the narrow escape, 3-Eye gets sent to the Renaissance, where she sees Leonardo da Vinci in his studio with flying machines and the model for the Mona Lisa. After that, 3-Eye witnesses a young Mozart performing for Louis XVI. Suddenly, Mozart notices her and she escapes into the ballroom before getting beamed out by Sir Adolph. He then sends her to the Paris Exposition in 1878 but he gets the machine stuck on fast forward as the Eiffel Tower is shown being constructed in fast-motion. He finally gets the machine to stop in 1900 at the Universal Exposition in Paris. Now that Timekeeper knows that the machine works, he decides to go visit the future. He beams a family from the audience to Paris in 2189 in a flying ship. The film then ends with Sir Adolph mentioning some of the places he wants to visit.

(ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter)

(Mission Space)

(The Alien Claw)
Queue: As guests enter through automatic doors, they will notice the 3 green aliens from Toy Story. On the walls are the aliens getting picked up by claws and being put down. As guests make their way to the loading bay, a big alien speaks saying, "The claw!".
Ride: The ride is really like the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror except for that the seats are in a circular pattern and exposed to the building, not an elevator. Guest get launched up like a bungee, then shot down as they can hear the aliens saying, "The claw is your friend. Use it.". The seats will then slowly move up before shooting right back down as the last drop.

(Walt Disney's House of the Future)

This is actually a walking tour guided by a cast member.

(Carousel of Progress)

Storybookland-
"Of course this isn't fantasy, it's a real life fantasy."

Walking to the left of Classic Today in Tomorrow Lagoon or walking through Culture Castle, guests will find Storybookland. This is split into two, Storybook Lake and Storybook Circus. We will be covering both.

When walking through Culture Castle, guests will be greeted with the spinning Pooh's Turning Honey Pots. This is exactly like the Mad Tea Party, except with honey pots and Winnie the Pooh themed atmosphere. To the right is Snow White's Scary Adventures. To the left is Peter Pan's Merry Adventure, which is really Peter Pan's Flight, just with a different name. Behind Pooh's Turning Honey Pots is Storybook Lake. There's actually a walking trail that is an attraction called the Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah Trail that goes around the lake. There's also Pinocchio's Eatery that serves German food and drinks.

To the right of the lake is Storybook Circus. When entering, in the center is Dumbo and Friends. To the right is The Barnstormer. To the left is Mickey's Philharmagic. Mickey's Philharmagic is placed in a circus tent while Dumbo and Friends and The Barnstormer are themed like circuses. There is also the Circus Way Restaurant that serves classic circus and fair food like corn dogs, cinnamon buns, and cotton candy.

Behind Storybook Lake is an expansion pad. To the left is the side entrance to Desert Ranch. The walking trail leads to the back of the lake and to Storybook Circus.

Next up on the list is Desert Ranch.

[
(Pooh's Turning Honey Pots)
Queue: The whole queue and ride is outside, much like MK's Mad Tea Party. The queue goes around the ride two times before halting at a gate to enter/exit the ride.
Ride: When guests ride the ride, they can steer the direction of the spinning with a middle flat steering wheel. The honey pot is also automatic so guests can sit back and enjoy without steering. There are three tracks, Winnie, Eeyore, and Tigger. Guests don't know which is which, just cast members. The ride itself is 2 1/2 minutes long. If there is an emergency, each pot is equipped with a red STOP button. In the middle is a tall honey pot that has honey popping out (It's really waters.). Then Winnie the Pooh says to stay seated while the honey pots stop.

(Snow Whites Scary Adventures)

(Peter Pan's Merry Adventures)

Desert Ranch-
"When the frontier gives you time, use it. Welcome to Desert Ranch."

Located to the left of Storybookland and to the north-west of Culture Castle is Desert Ranch. Desert Ranch takes place during the 1850s and 1860s Gold Rush. There are three main rides, Big Thunder Gold Mine Railroad, Frontier Twisters, and Geyser Fall. There is one restaurant called Dixie Great Food and Co.

Around the land, you'll find mesa rocks scattered around. Around Frontier Twisters, there are mesa rocks around the fencing. The middle is full of rocks. Geyser Fall has mesa rocks as the exterior.

In the land, you'll find cacti, tumbleweeds, and dead trees. The gardening is minimal, with a few flowers here and there.

As a short land with no sub-lands, we are on to Adventure Port.

[
(Big Thunder Gold Mine Railroad)

(Frontier Twisters)
Queue: The queue is only covered by umbrellas that are scattered. It's a very sunny queue that is much like Pooh's Turning Honey Pots. The queue has a mesa rock fence. Also scattered around the queue are water fountains.
Ride:

Just imagine the middle being made out of mesa rock and the seats orange.

Adventure Port-
"Oh, yes. A fun adventure awaits you!"

One of my personal favorite lands is Adventure Port. With only three rides, this land is extremely detailed. The most detailed. The three rides are the Jungle Cruise, Dragon Breath, and Disney's Polynesian Show.

There is one sit-down restaurant called Adventure Club & Grille. There are two shops that are Adventure Club Shop and the Jungle Top Store. Each building looks like ruins.

Plants make this land feel like a real jungle. Mind you, most of these plants are fake but feel very real. From flowers around trees and vines on every building makes this land feel like you aren't even at Disneyland Park.

When you walk into Adventure Club & Grille, you will probably notice a CLOSED sign. This is because the restaurant is only open for dinner. The inside feels like Bongo's Cuban Cafe in Disney Springs. With a very beige and cream color, there is inside and outside seating. A bar is located outside. This restaurant serves Cuban and American food.

To the right of the Jungle Cruise is the side entrance of Liberty Bay.

Now, without further a due, the last land, Liberty Bay.

[
(Jungle Cruise)

(Dragon Breath)
Queue: The exterior of the queue is a cave. When guests enter, they will notice that there is a lot of Maleficent related decor. This is because the Dragon Breath is based off the Dragon Maleficent. Guests wind down a path and go downstairs while watching decor do tricks and a Maleficent AA at the end transform into a dragon.
Ride: The ride starts off as a dark ride with Maleficent in her lair. She points to a lift-hill. Guests than go up, turned backwards. Then, it becomes sort of Splash Mountain type. The ride is one that is fast but has points that are slow. The first part after the hill is fast. Guests spin as Maleficent turns into a dragon and when guests face the front after spinning, Dragon Maleficent's mouth opens close the the carts. The next room is slow, depicting guests going through a dark forest, listening to crows. On the wall is sky and trees. Located far back in the trees is a light that depicts the fairies' home. The third room is fast as there are lots of turns before finally falling fast down a mountain and spinning more. The fourth and final room is a water room where occasionally water will spit out of the roof and the sides, getting guests wet occasionally.

(Disney's Polynesian Show)

Ride: If there is any queue, it is minimal. For the most part, guests who want to the the show won't wait. This is an outside stage that is covered. This 8 minute show includes singing and dancing and a surprise visit from Lilo and Stitch. Hula dancers sing a range of songs from Kiss the Girl to Friend Like Me, and Somewhere, Beyond the Sea to Be Our Guest. The fish that dance are clown fish. There are fans that cool guests off in summer. After the singing and dancing, Lilo and Stitch come out to interact with guests for three minutes before ending the show.]

Liberty Bay-
"The revolution may be over, but it's just getting started."

Liberty Bay takes place in towns that existed in the original thirteen colonies. Haunted Tower is not really a tower, more of a small home on the outside, and a ride underground. Mission: Revolution is sort of like MISSION: SPACE, but without spinning and buttons.

There is Mickey's Christmas Shoppe and the Baker's Oven, each located in a small house. There is even a little park that has benches and a playground called The Revolutionary Playground, located to the left of Mission: Revolution.

There is also an oak tree called the Little Legacy Oak. There is also nice greenery around the land including window Flower Boxes. In the second story window of the Baker's Oven is a lamp. It symbolizes Paul Revere's Midnight Ride.

With that, we conclude the lands tours. Thank you for exploring Disneyland Park with me.

[
(Haunted Tower)
(Mission: Revolution)
Queue: Mission: Revolution is based off Paul Revere's Midnight Ride. The queue is set in a path made in a colony. Inside, guests will go in and out of colony homes. The queue is air conditioned and features one AA working on a lamp. At the boarding gate, a cast member will motion you to a side, the Paul side, or Revere side. Each side goes to the same place, but helps with traffic flow.
Ride: The ride is a boat ride. Guests start out in a river filled with British soldiers. In the next scene, many AA's are seen watching the ships come close, then in the third scene is Paul Revere's Midnight Run with, "The British are coming, the British are coming!" and with that, guests fall down a small hill and get mildly wet. The ride isn't over as more AA's cheer in a tavern for Paul Revere. Outside, there's a horse audio-animatronic. The last scene is of modern today and an AA family watching a Paul Revere documentary.]

The Downtown Disney of Walt Disneyland Bay Resort. The main store is the World of Disney. Chef Mickey's is both a sit-down and buffet restaurant. Guests with reservations will be sent to a special dining room with a chance to meet Mickey and Pals. The next restaurant is Donald and Daisy's Old Fashion Cooking. Set in a barn theme, guests will dine eating country cooking. Disney Couture is right next door as well as Fantasia Foods. Disney Couture sells merchandise referring to movies made within the 2000+ mark. Fantasia Foods is a quick-service that serves Fantasia-themed food and has inside/outside seating.

2006-

A "year" ago, Walt Disneyland Bay Resort opened. Let's see what's happened while we were gone. On February 2, Disney's Polynesian Show closed and reopened as Disney's Lilo & Stitch Show. On March 1, Pirates of the Caribbean opens, duplicating the Disneyland version. On May 10, Main Street Crossroads introduced Disney Hello Characters, a Meet & Greet with Mickey & Minnie. On August 3, Disneyland Park debuted The Disney Parade. In November, walls went up around a parcel of land near Disney Shops Village.

[
(Disney's Lilo & Stitch Show)
Disneyland Park unveiled this show just a day after the last Disney's Polynesian Show. Join Lilo and Stitch in a fun-filled adventure through Hawaii. The dancing fish are the same, but the hula dancers are now Lilo's friends. The two characters have speaking parts and interact with the audience in this new 12 minute show.

(Pirates of the Caribbean)

(The Disney Parade)
Singing and dancing in the street of Main Street Crossroads couldn't be any better. This 6:00 parade is 30 minutes long and features Mickey & Minnie, Beauty & The Beast, Bambi & Thumper, The Seven Dwarfs, Lilo & Stitch, Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, and Lightning McQueen & Mater.]

What happens in the future? Well, we'll have to wait and see what happens in 2007.

2007-

It's been another "year" since we visited Walt Disneyland Bay Resort. Come and join to see what happened. Starting in February, the resort welcomed annual passes. They currently have three options:

- Statewide Pass (Standard Blackout Dates, only for state residents.)
Adult: $145/Kids (3-11): $120/Seniors (60+): $95
- Fantasy Pass (Blackout Dates, Less than SP, open to whole world.)
Adult: $250/Kids (3-11): $225/Seniors (60+): $145
- Fantasy+ Pass (No Blackout Dates, open to whole world)
Adult: $320/Kids (3-11): $280/Seniors (60+): $245

Also with the annual passes comes the Disney Fastpass system, available to everyone with tickets. Every ride, excluding shows and fireworks, has a fastpass. There is a fastpass station located at the front of every land.

On March 1, Frontier Twisters closed to make way for a new land. Insiders think that this could be a fresh start to Desert Ranch but we'll just have to wait. The walls around the parcel of land in Disney Shops Village opened on March 20, unveiling the Walt and Roy parking lots. On March 21, Disney announced Toy Story Land behind Desert Ranch, where Frontier Twisters closed. In May, Disney announced Disney's Halloween Nights and Mickey's Light's, Trees, and Christmas Nights. On October 30, Toy Story Land opened with two new rides and a restaurant, Pizza Planet.

Toy Story Land -
Opening October 2007

Guests who walk to the back of Desert Ranch will find the Lincoln Log entrance to Toy Story Land. Toy Story music plays. To the right is Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters and to the left is Slinky Dog Spin. Straight ahead is a life-size Woody doll and Pizza Planet. Guests who walk all the way to Pizza Planet will notice signs on Woody's legs saying, "Toy Story Parade Start". There's a new parade, the Toy Story Parade. Although Toy Story Land is small, many guests enjoy it.

On January 10, most of Tomorrow Lagoon closed. Rocket Era closed, Steampunk Bay closed, The Alien Claw closed, and Classic Today closed. That was to make way for the New Tomorrow Lagoon, debuting in November. In March, Pirates of the Caribbean underwent a major refurbishment, reopening in June. On June 3, Disney's Lilo & Stitch Show closed as well as the stage, the Big Kahuna Stage. In July, the stage was demolished. Walls went up in August, with no clue what it could be. On August 5, the Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah Trail closed. Also in August, New Storybookland was confirmed for the park, eventually renaming the land to Fantasyland. All of Storybook Circus closed, and Pooh's Turning Honey Pots closed. In November Tomorrow Lagoon was reopened to its full glory, with new things, too. December marked the end of Mickey's Soundsational Parade.

Rocket Era has reopened. Rocket to the Moon is now Mickey's Philharmagic, and Mission to Mars' building has been demolished, making a dock and restaurant called Dim Lagoon Bar and Grille. Steampunk Bay reopened as Mid-Century Modern City with Stitch's Great Escape as the main attraction. The Alien Claw reopened as The Timekeeper. Classic Today reopened with the same Journey to the Center of the Earth, just new paint and more flow. The land is fully restored as a land of to-be, was-going-to-be, and is futures.

Before I begin more, I would like to say that this is inspired by tcool and tcool123's Disneyland Singapore Resort. It was their idea to do the future and all the detail. Thank you to tcool and tcool123 for inspiring me.
They're literally the same person. Tcool123 confirmed it himself.

This is the introduction of not one but two accounts! That's right folks two for the price one! But wait read on and you get a free link to somewhere on this forum! That's right you heard me free! And you know what they say if it's free it's for me.

So let's start off with the first account. That will be @tcool , my former account before I lost it forever. Using that account I have been with WDWMagic.com since June 12, 2014. My first post was on the plates of the world. Then after that I moved over to the Games & Trivia forum for a while until The Sorcerer's Apprentice Season 2. Nervous, I signed up for my first ICS sponsored Imagineering competition. I went rather far earning 6th place in that competition. From the on that account I competed in 4 more competitions. In between those competitions I have done many side projects on that account. One day the impossible happened I changed my password on my email and WDWMagic account on the same day. To make matters worse I completely forgot both passwords, and thus lost my account forever.

However when life gives you lemons you make lemon juice. On that same day I lost my accounts, I made a new one. Which was of course the one I use now, @tcool123 . Using that account I won the Elite Eight Season 2, and won an award on these forums for my concept: The Capitol - A Hunger Games Land. Now well into the life of this user I'm hard at work with hosting the One Sentence Contest, competing in the House Cup, and of course my favorite Disneyland Singapore Resort! What's that you may ask? Well it is a concept that I have came up all on my own, and fully plan on completing whenever that may be.

Moving into 2009, just one year away from the 5th anniversary. Phase I for New Storybookland finished on January 3 with the opening of "it's a small world", Pooh's Turning Honey Pots reopened as Mad Tea Party, and the renaming of Storybookland to Fantasyland. On March 1, The Timekeeper closed, with no reopening in sight. Just a day after, walls went up around a parcel of land behind the World of Disney. Disney confirmed the opening of Village Harbor. In May, the Wishes fireworks ended and reopened as IllumiNations: Light Reunited. On May 2, Mickey's Philharmagic closed. On July 3, Star Tours opened in the Philharmagic spot. On August 30, Village Harbor opened. On September 2, Wall-E: The Ride opened in The Timekeeper's spot. On September 12, Pirates of the Caribbean refurbished for the 2007 movie At World's End. On October 2, Big Thunder Gold Mine Railroad was renamed Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. On October 4, Disney announced a huge Desert Ranch refurb, and the next day, Geyser Fall closed. Walls went up around it and said, "Brer Fox can't wait to make mischief. Opening 2010." In November, the walls around the old Big Kahuna Stage went down and Mystic Manor opened. On December 1, Disney Hello Characters said goodbye to Mickey and Minnie and Princess Tiana and the Prince said hello.

Village Harbor debuted the Adventurer's Club from Pleasure Island but is now a restaurant. The LEGO Store opened in a big Lego brick building. The Rainforest Cafe opened alongside the World of Disney. Hanes Design-a-Tee opened as well. Alongside the Adventurer's is the Yo Ho Pirates Store, which sells POTC and pirates merchandise. As the big finish, the back of the Harbor is the Seven Seas Lake, where guests can take a ride around the lake.

On January 1, Disneyland Park opened the 5th anniversary with the 5 Years of Celebration Parade. Also opening was the Disney Condos. This resort hotel offers 1 and 2-bedroom condos with spectacular views of the resort. There are only 3 buildings. This opened with the hype of attendance for the 5th anniversary.

On March 3, Storybook Circus reopened as Phase II and had a double Dumbo and Friends (Copy of MK), Disney's Travelling Circus, and Dumbo's Ride. Dumbo's Ride is a dark ride and Disney's Travelling Circus is a show that is in the old Mickey's Philharmagic.

On April 3, Splash Mountain opened and so did the sub-land, Critter Country.

On April 5, Captain EO opened in the Alien City in Tomorrow Lagoon. On April 10, House of the Future closed and on April 13, the building was demolished.

In June, Disney announced that Mickey's Lights, Trees, and Christmas Nights will have its final night on December 31. Disney announced that Mickey's Independence Day Parade will make a run every July 1 - August 1.

Lastly, on November 20, Adventure Port's Jungle Cruise closed. Insiders say that it's not coming back, but we'll just have to wait and see.

[
(Dumbo's Ride)
Queue: Guests walk through a circus filled with AA tigers, clowns, and elephants. The queue is all inside and is enclosed in a circus tent.
Ride: Guests will get into a slow-moving circus train. Scene 1 is Dumbo welcoming guests into the circus. Scene 2 is Dumbo flying and guests also go through a small lift-hill. Scene 3 is with guests and Dumbo flying together. Fake clouds surround guests and fog starts to come. The final scene is with guests going down backwards while an AA Dumbo waves his ears goodbye.

(Disney's Traveling Circus)
Ride: Dumbo & Friends, circuses, La Nouba, and more. This fun-filled show hosts performances by La Nouba actors, Dumbo, and circuses from around the country.

As you can see, Alice in Wonderland plays a big part of the parade. Alice gives a speech about America and half-way through, the Queen of Hearts comes out and casts a spell of gloominess on America. The parade is the only way to restore happiness. So Alice enlists the guests help to restore the happiness. After 15 minutes or so, happiness is restored, Alice finishes the speech, and fireworks spark over the castle.]
