After seeing @Matt7187 's new avatar and getting a good laugh, it got me to thinking of an idea that could be interesting to do....

Designing Walley World!

If anyone hasn't seen the Vacation movies, Walley World is the fictional theme park in California (a parody of Disneyland) that Clark Griswold (Chevy Chase) tries to take his family to via a road-trip...but it ends up being a total disaster. I find these movies hilarious, my favorite being the original (and Christmas Vacation too), because ever since I was a kid, any trip we've taken to Disney World has always been by car. It's about 18-20 hours to Disney and back...so it's just funny to see it in a movie.

Anyway, in the film you get bits and pieces of the park, and I believe the most recent movie was filmed at Six Flags Magic Mountain for part of it. But I thought it would be fun to put together an amusement park, and in a few weeks or so, I wanted to take whatever ideas we had and design them in RCT3, since it'll deal with more coasters and amusement park rides that the game includes.

We can pretty much do whatever we want for this, just gotta keep Marty Moose as the mascot:p

Judging from the older movie images, I can see two attractions in the background, a castle like structure and a roller coaster:

Maybe the castle could be a dark ride through the adventures of Marty the Moose and his gang, and the roller coaster seen in the back could be a wooden roller coaster through the Northwestern Woods.

Looks like a Ferris Wheel and a skyway too. We could probably combine a lot of classic amusement park type aspects into this. I remember in the movie they ride a dueling wooden coaster.

I never saw the monstrosity of the new Vacation movie, but I know the plot revolved around Rusty taking his family to Wally World. Did they ever make it to the park? If so, what kind of rides did the do?

Starting with the original in 1983...they went on "Screamy Mimi" aka Colossus and "Whipper Snapper" aka Revolution...both in Six Flags Magic Mountain

Apparently the original Colossus closed and is now this:

And then here is Whipper Snapper (Revolution)

In 2015..they do make it to Walley World...but they actually didn't film it at Magic Mountain...apparently it was Six Flags Over Georgia and they rode Ninja
