I haven't even seen it once. I do remember as a kid seeing the original Titanic Movie (A Night To Remember) in black and white and had nightmares for days after. I guess due to that, I have never had a desire to see the new one.
I remember crying my eyes out during "Nearer My God to Thee".
The opening to the Cameron one really gave me goosebumps. I think I've told this story before, but DH's grandmother's room mates on the Titanic were a spoiled little girl and her nanny. The girl had a very expensive doll that she never played with but when the Titanic sank the doll was lost and the child was quite upset about that. One of the first scenes in the movie shows a doll at the bottom of the sea - it really creeped me out, knowing they did use some actual footage of the Titanic's final resting place in the movie.
