They still appear at Disneyland Paris and Tokyo Disney every now and then.
Unfortunately for Bianca, you can quite clearly see where the person inside sees through in her hat and quite often see them.
You can/could get these in DLP:
Medusa, the aligators and Penny were also part of the original line up:
