Trying to apply

I am trying to fill in the formfor the college program however when I go to enter in my SSN it says that they already have my application, but I have never filled it in before.

I would email them, and explain the situation. I know if by chance your computer freezes on you or the webpage screws up, the system will only put the information in once per day. That happened to my the first time I applied. My computer froze in the middle of my application, so I had to redo it the next. So this may be your problem! But I would still email them just to make sure. There may be something else wrong, who knows?

Make sure that your SSN is right, and if it is, then definatly e-mail them, someone probably miss typed their SSN and didn't even realize it. Hope you get it!
