I see on Disney food report that five restaurants are doing set valentine dinners.Brown Derby,The Wave,Shutters,Artist Point, and The Yachtsman. Must admit the Yachtsman at $75.00 per person looks awesome..Starters include oysters & caviar and scallops as well as shrimp cocktail. Then there's a variety of salads before the main courses of duck,or fillet of beef,or New York strip steak,or lobster.Various sauces to go with them like brandy peppercorn or red wine jus.And to finish why not the chocolate strawberries. Is anybody doing any of these " True Love " nights ? ;)

Flying Fish. It was a true love honeymoon dinner, not a Valentine's Day, but every dish was delicious.

I'm still trying to figure out how to upload a picture. I don't know why I'm making this process so difficult!
