Hi all!

We are getting married July 13th of this year (52 days!) and leaving for our honeymoon on July 20th (early early early so we can be at the parks by noon). My DF last went to the parks in 1999, and I haven't been for about 3 years. I typically consider myself a Disney Pro, but I have been out of the game for so long, that I just want some backup :)

Another thread that I posted recently got a lot of helpful answers about what's changed, so that was VERY useful...I'm all fastpassed and adr'd, so I'm set. Just want to see if there are any glaring issues with the itinerary...this is my first time planning a Disney Honeymoon (and quite hopefully last), so I'm not sure if I left enough downtime... My fiance is a dork just like me, loves Disney movies (he asked me to be his girlfriend while we watched Pocahontas and we play Disney board games all the time...he loses though!), he's just only less Disneyfied, so he won't be like "Bro, this is too childish." <----said in a very low man voice...

Oh, also, he doesn't like roller coasters, and I have been on them all enough that I can handle a trip without, so we are avoiding roller coasters and anything with lots of height...this includes Peter Pan...I'm trying to get him to do 7DMT and Soarin' though, because I think that the benefits outweigh the height concerns... Also, note that we will be doing rides/shows that aren't listed obviously...these are just the really pre-planned ones at this point.

Also, any food recommendations for CS for vegetarians/fish eaters would be great :)

So, here it goes:

Sunday July 20

Monday July 21
Wake up @ 7am
Eat snack in room
7:30 - Head to DAK
8:15 - Arrive @ DAK for EMH

~2:00 - Leave BB -> DHS
2:45-3:45 - GMR Fastpass (I'm flexible with this...i normally don't mind the queue for GMR much, so if we decide we're having too much fun @ BB, we can just get to DHS later and skip this FP)

5:20-6:20 - Star Tours Fastpass
Ferry -> Beach Club

6:40 - ADR @ Garden Grill

Haha woops, I missed your new post. Here is my reply though!

Congratulations! Here's a few suggestions based on your questions:

Sunday July 20
Recommend Columbia Harbor House in MK by far for pescetarians. They have fried fish, salmon, shrimp, etc.

Monday July 21
Morning is a great time to ride KS! We've seen lionesses playing/fighting, and all sorts of other animals running across the roads! Dusk is also fun.

Since you're not really into rollercoasters, you should probably skip Expedition Everest. But Dinosaur is pretty awesome! It's just a bumpy Jeep-type ride. It's very thrilling in a non-roller coaster way.

I do think that 3 hours at Blizzard Beach, right around lunch time, is probably not the best idea in July. By then, all the not-so-early risers will be awake, and the lines for the slides will probably be growing, not shrinking. Maybe consider Typhoon Lagoon? The wave pool there obviously doesn't have a line. And it's awesome! The waves can be huge. It's also very relaxing.

At DHS, I would just advise you to be wary of getting done with dinner in time to get seats for Fantasmic. The boat ride isn't going to take you straight back to DHS from Yacht Club. It'll stop by other resorts as well. Just something to keep in mind.

Tuesday, July 22
There's no difference between what you see on M:S Green and Orange. The video is the same. It's all about how you feel. Orange will make you feel like your face is falling off. I wouldn't recommend it unless that's your thing as a thrill seeker haha. I love roller coasters and am always down for anything, but Orange...is just not pleasant to me.

Wednesday, July 23
Maybe do Blizzard Beach for your flex day instead of Typhoon Lagoon (per my note about Monday). Get there around opening and get on the slides before the crowds.

At MK, you most likely won't need a FP for IASW at 11pm. You could probably walk on. Try to get one for Jungle Cruise instead? It's quite a different late night experience!

Thursday, July 24
Obviously you're being flexible on this day and your current plans are good. Just go the park that you wish to have more time at! Also, I LOVE San Angel Inn. It is such a beautiful and romantic place.

Have fun! Hope some of this helped!

Just got back on Tuesday. Front-heavy is perfect. If you're anything like me, you'll have that Disney adrenaline rush to keep you going for the first few days. By day 4, I was flagging and wished I'd built in more downtime, so just roll with it and be glad you built it in!

Monday is the only day that looks really wild. It's going to be hot hot hot, and Blizzard Beach could very well wipe you out after a 1 a.m. stretch the night before (plus getting up so early for AK). I would bump those FPs for later in the day so you've got a little time to rest. If you miss that TSMM FP, you've got little to no shot at adjusting it for later in the night.

On your first day, you might end up killing a lot of time in a CS line at MK if you're planning a noon lunch. I'd eat at the resort food court before leaving or else wait until 1 or 2 p.m. to attempt lunch at MK. We were there at a "low" crowd time and the lines for all CS were insane at traditional meal times. Pecos Bill's and CHH were both great, crowds aside.

Lastly, give yourself plenty of time to get through security at MCO for your flight back. The lines were ridiculously long and slow (I noticed how long they were on our arrival day, and they were even longer on departure day--we barely made our flight, and that was with plenty of time baked in). Everything about MCO made EWR seem like a breeze.

Here's my 2 cents (in blue). Take what you like... Remember it is your honeymoon, so get lots of smoochy time in! Lots of kissy pics and I would splurge on Memory Maker, if you haven't already (sorry if I missed that somewhere).

I'm so jealous that you are going to be honeymooning in WDW!! Enjoy every minute!!

Also, any food recommendations for CS for vegetarians/fish eaters would be great :)
I have had no problem finding something vegetarian at each CS. The veggie sandwich at Cosmic Rays was rather nasty, though. However, I especially like the selection at Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pav in EP.
So, here it goes:

Sunday July 20
Flight from Newark NJ -> MCO, arrival time ~8:40am
DME -> POR, arrival time ~ 10am? (and get our buttons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Check-in finished, depart for MK ~11am
Arrival in MK ~12pm
Lunch - Counter Service Where? Agree with Columbia Harbor House for in MK - non peak times are quite relaxing here. Maybe 1:30 lunch and then go to parade - but, I never scope out a key location for parades - just get what we can get.
3pm - Festival of Fantasy Parade
3:45-4:45pm - Under the Sea Fastpass
4:50-5:50pm - BLSRS Fastpass
5:50-6:50 - 7DMT Fastpass
(Fantasyland Exploration)
7:40pm - ADR @ BOG (DDP) YAY!!!!!!!! What a way to start your honeymoon! Very romantic :)
9:00pm - MSEP
10:00pm - Wishes :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
11:00-1am - EMH
1am - Head back to hotel (possibly earlier if we are really really wiped)

This is a long day, but you can leave whenever you've had enough. You seem like a power park couple, so go for it!
Monday July 21

8:15 - Arrive @ DAK for EMH

10:15 - Go to Kusafiri Coffee Shop for BIG cinnamon roll (out of pocket cost)
~10:30 - Leave DAK -> Blizzard Beach If it were me, I'd skip BB. Have a relaxing lunch at AK, then go to HS.

6:40 - ADR @ Garden Grill Fun!
9:00pm - Illuminations

If he doesn't like heights I would recommend not bringing him on Soarin! I don't really like heights to well, and I was scared...LOL I just felt like I was gonna fall out the whole time...the video projection makes you feel like you are hundreds of feet off the ground at times and it freaked me out...

Thank you everyone! I've switched Typhoon Lagoon for Blizzard Beach on the second day, and I've changed my Wednesday FP for IASM to Jungle Cruise...also, i've bumped the DHS fastpasses for Monday until a bit later.

Also, we haven't gotten memory maker yet...once we pay off the trip, we will consider adding it!

I travel to WDW with my DFi who doesn't do anything with drops and he isn't big on heights either.
Here's what rides he won't do or tried and didn't enjoy:
AK- Expedition Everest
HS- Tower or Terror and Rockin Rollercoaster (he never tried it but I actually think he'd be okay on it)
EP- He rides everything here. Including the orange side of MS. (He rides Soarin but he grips the side bars pretty tight LOL.) He really liked Test Track though so maybe your hubby will prefer that?
MK- HATES BTMRR. Thought Splash mountain was fun but not looking to ride it ever again LOL. But weirdly, he has rode both sides of Space Mountain and finds the fastpass side of Space Mountain smoother and more enjoyable for him.
