trip in middle of november fastpass+ question

We've going to Disney world for a week in the middle of November. Is it possible for the fastpass+ system to be fully rolled out during our trip? If so what would we have to do, learn the new system on the fly? Or what about if it rolled out 1 week or so before the trip with little or no time to replan and learn the system? We basically plan each day around our dining reservations which were made at the 180 out mark.

The whole system is supposed to go live by the first part of 2014. You may still be selected for it when it's closer to your arrival.
