Treehouse Villa Recommendations?

We were able to book a treehouse villa for late March 2016. Are there any recommended villa numbers you would ask for? We are driving down so will not be taking bus and probably won't be going over to the main resort much. Would love to be able to sit on the deck at night but are some views better than others? Also, having never stayed there anything else we may "need to know". We are DVC members so we have a grasp on the overall items. Thanks for your help!

We have stayed in the villas twice, and we love them. There really is no point in asking for a particular villa, as your chances of getting it are slim to none. You would be better with close to the pool or close to the boat dock for DS, something like that. All have views of the woods, and a few have views of the river. Those close to the river though may hear the boats signalling departure from the dock, which may bother some people (it didn't bother us at all). This was the view from our picture window.

We had a river view as well, but slightly farther from the dock. We had an excellent view of the fish feeder. The thing would go off every morning around 7 AM (yes we had people up and on the deck at that hour - no its not loud enough to wake you). The bass fishing tours would then come to that spot all day - because that is where the fish would hang out.

Boats going by or signaling never bothered us either.

Heading for the great escape.
The only house I would avoid are the ones right near the entrance, we had problems with parking and with vehicle noise, especially the buses. Last time we stayed we had a house next to the path to the main resort. Handy for walking to get the bus to the park from the Grandstand.
