Tomorrowland fireworks party... terrace or garden view?

I have been looking into booking a night for the tomorrow land fireworks party for me, my husband and 2 kids (7&9) and I'm wondering which has the best view?
We also have tickets to MNSSHP and I'm also wondering if it pays to do the Hallowishes dessert party.

Maybe I'm not understanding something (but that's not gonna stop me from trying to help anyway!). Terrace or Garden View refers to your view from your room, while the Tomorrowland Fireworks Party is in Tomorrowland. Right?

There is a dining party at Magic Kingdom where you can choose between a terrace view or a garden view of the fireworks at the Tomorrwland Terrace restaurant. I was wondering if one view was better then the other.

Maybe I'm still missing something, but it looks to me as if you go to the Tomorrowland Terrace for munching, then out to the Plaza Gardens for fireworks.

They have 2 different options you can purchase. I posted the one link.
The one option has you eating and watching the fireworks from the terrace and the other option has you eating in the terrace and then sitting in the plaza gardens for the fireworks. The complete terrace option is more expensive then the option of watching from the plaza gardens. I was trying to figure out which view would be better so I can figure out if the cost is worth it :)

Here are the 2 different options

I believe the terrace view gives you a seat and table, the garden view you will be standing in one of the grassy reserved areas in the hub. We've booked the terrace view for December.
Were you actually able to book for December? I read on a different blog that oct-December wasn't available for purchase yet except for holiday parties... unless it's actually sold out for those 3 months already.

Oops, I misstated, we booked the dessert party for September, we have a short trip planned for September and another in December and we both keep getting our plans for the two trips confused.

Lol. I completely understand! I just panicked a little thinking maybe those 3 months were already booked.

It just let me book the dessert party for December this morning. Just the standing room area. The tables all say unavailable. But it's open for December!

Tomorrowland terrace has a low cover making it a horrible place to view HEA.

I've read reviews of both, and the Plaza Garden viewing is more centered (in reference to Cinderella Castle) than the viewing from the Terrace, which to me would be preferable if the point is to get a good view. (Plus the Plaza Garden viewing is cheaper...)

I have done both and prefer the garden view because it doesn't feel as crowded. You eat at tables and then get escorted to the garden viewing area. Families had space to spread out. I didn't see anybody standing. People sat on the turf grass and kicked out their legs. We did like the terrace view bc Tink flew right over us and that was neat, but the garden view was more centralized and I liked the space.

Terrace view for sure but we stopped going. After the 1st few minutes way too many people jam up front along the rail and defy all efforts to move them thus spoiling the view for a lot of seated people. Disney oversells this and jams people in - some are so far back in the area that they are lucky if they can see the castle. If you have the time to go to the train station on Main Street REAL EARLY and just stand there - but the view is spectacular.

My mom and I did the party earlier this month with the garden viewing. It was perfect. The view was spot on and as a previous post stated no one was standing, we just sprawled out on the grass for the entire show. We may have enjoyed it so much that we skipped Fantasmic the following night and went back to do the dessert party a second night... but I'm not sure I'm ready to admit that
