I've seen them around here too. don't a pic to share of the ones I'm talking about. mine are already digested, lol.Our bakeries here make them for St. Joseph's day. They look like this:

I am not sure about the ones at Via Napoli as I've never had them. My grandmother used to make them (you guessed it I'm Italian lol) and they were the best ever. I've never had any from a restaurant.

Have you ever tried Eileen's Meatloaf recipe? I discovered it a few years ago and it's my go to! Sour cream and parmesan make all the difference.
