The Little Mermaid needs bubbles in some of the rooms

Lighting and water all take a backseat in my mind. I'm still upset at the lack of innovation. The only things that this ride has that they couldn't have done almost as well in '71 (or even '55) are the skins and the eyes.

They had a chance to make the boat ramming into giant Ursula a grand scene. I think that would've really made it a top notch experience.

My biggest issue was the Flotsam and jetsam scene... What happened there?! The walls look like they weren't fully painted black.... you can see the walls... ceiling.. cat walk.. vents fully.... The cave is just coming out of the wall... Why isn't it fully a cave?!!?!
On my recent trip to Disneyland it looked like that scene and Ursula were both addressed in the refurb because they seemed darker than in MK. Its probably getting fixed right now. Isn't the ride at MK currently closed?
