Haha, I love Small World, but I think once a day is good for me.

Once a trip is enough for me. The repetition, of the song makes me crazy, and we always get stuck at the end. Maybe I should bring an ear plug .

Yep, I use apple sauce for about half the oil in most of my recipes. But, if the applesauce has sugar in it, you need to reduce the amount of sugar you put in. I usually buy unsweetened apple sauce for baking.

No, mine doesn't use mayo either....just saying you don't really taste the carrots in carrot cake. It's there for the moisture, not taste. Mayo would be the same type of thing in a cake recipe. It's just to make it moist, not to flavor the cake.
