The Chef called me back yesterday about my Vegan diet and it was awesome :) I am not sure if they have anything Vegan off the menu, but he told me about some items that they keep on hand. So he is just going to make my something special.

There is this wheat that they keep on hand that is high in protein and I can't remember the name of it. He is going to mix the wheat with those soybeans and I can't remember the name of the soybeans either. He is also going to put mushrooms in there as well as peppers and onions. I am like a little hobbit, I love mushrooms

This Vegan dish that the Chef is going to make me will only be $20 and that is a good price for Signature Dining. Also yes Narcoossee's is Signature Dining, but I can still wear jeans and a tee-shirt with cute disney characters :)

They have this apple tart dessert that is not Vegan off the menu, but the Chef can makes changes for me when he makes it so that it will be Vegan. It's about $7, but since this is a birthday meal he said he would give it to little me for free :king:

This is a Pirate and Princess party night and I allready purchased 4 tickets to the Pirate and Princess party for my 2 week vacation. On my last night, I will not go to the Pirate and Princess party, but I will watch the Pirate and Princess fireworks from Narcoossee's.

Now this is a very Magical way to end my Magical vacation :sohappy:

Here is the dress code for Narcoossee's

" Men: Dress slacks, jeans, trousers, or dress shorts, t-shirt, short or long-sleeved shirt with a collar required. Jackets are optional.
Ladies: Jeans, skirts, or dress shorts with blouse, t-shirt or sweater, or a dress required.
Not permitted in dining room: tank tops, swimming suits or swim suit cover ups, hats for gentleman, cut offs, or torn clothing of any kind. While t-shirts are now allowed, the policy remains that t-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics are not acceptable. "

Disney is always very accomodating in preparing meals for guests with special dietary needs or restrictions. Tony's Town Square was willing to make the baked ziti with regular sauce instead of meat sauce, just for me.

Yes they are very good at helping people with special diets. That is great that Tony's Town Square did that for you :king:
