I was flipping through two photo albums from 1994 when my mom & grandma took me to Walt Disney World, I must have been 5 or 6. There are pictures of what looks like a teenage mutant ninja turtles show, and some of them in a parade. I think this was at MGM. Does anyone else remember this?

Yup!! First time we went to mgm was back in 1994, and that was like the only thing there that I enjoyed. Well no, I take that back. Me and my brother were highly let down. All they did was sign autographs and we were expecting a full blown show with bad guys etc. But it was nice to see them after playing the arcade game at chuck e cheese a million times.

I remember this! As I recall, there wasn't really a show, per say. They arrived on a truck, and April O'Neill (in her yellow jumper, naturally) did do some kind of number (with the turtles dancing in the background), and then it was a meet and greet.

The turtles were at the height of their popularity at the time and this was an extremely popular show.

Check out my avatar. I think I was 4 when this was taken at MGM. Raphael was my favorite, and I was waiting to get my picture made with him when he left to go backstage. My mom told me that as he was walking back he stopped for a quick photo with me. I'm sure it made my day, but I can't remember.

I'm pretty sure they were there when I went in '92 at the ripe old age of three.

I don't remember costumes though. I remember posing in front of a cutout of the cartoon versions

Reading this thread though, I think I remember them in their truck. Or at least I remember seeing that on home video years later

They were a big draw at the studios circa 90-95. Stage show, M&G and being driven around in their van.

They used to be there yeah, their van was converted to the toy story soldiers one although I don't think they use that anymore.

Anyone remember he ace Ventura show or the Bette Midler lotto movie?

Yep.. Venture short lived but a good attempt, The Lottery should still be available at Mousebits.com along with Back to Neverland.

This why I would've love to have experience D*MGM during the 90's with all the crazy shows and parades the park use to have..
