Taking my son's friend for the 1st time-advice?

So we bit the bullet and are taking our son's friend for the first time (short trip for HHN). We got adjoining rooms at the HRH. The boys are 15. Told the parents we are paying for everything, he just needs money for souvieneers. Never done this before, any tips to those that have? My only thing is phones on at all times and no leaving the property. And we eat together. I'm looking forward to actually relaxing this trip and not go 100 mph with my son

It's a good thing. My daughter has taken a friend the past two years, and they love it. It's a trip that they can talk about for the rest of their lives. Same thing with us, we pick up the tab for room and food. That way, you can coax them to sit down and eat with the family. Last year we booked the Blue Man show for one night. Very, very cool. The kids loved it. Should be perfect for 15 yr olds.
