swimming in dec

has anyone gone in dec and actually swam at the hotel pools, besides canadians

All the pools are heated, but it might be a tad nippy when you get out. But people are always swimming when I make my usual week after Thanksgiving trip down there.

We went swimming the first week of Decmeber and it was fine, but the temps all week were in the 80's.

It really depends on your personal preferences...I'm from WI/MN so it felt plenty warm to be in the pool in January. If you're from the south US, then you may find it a bit cold.

To get back to the original post, swimming in December is fine. Although, you may get a few "cool" days where swimming is a bit unfavorable, but overall... there is really no problem with swimming in December.
