Star Wars Land this Holiday?

I apologize in advance if this is posted somewhere else. I did a quick search and found a little bit... but not exactly the answer to address what this very poorly written article is suggesting. This showed up in my google alerts this morning. According to this article there will be a star wars themed 'land' open this December? and what exactly they are opening??? I can't find any other information any where to support this.

We will be at WDW from Christmas through New Years. It would be great if there is going to be something 'new'... but I'm wondering if it's really just going to be a preview of the upcoming movie? not necessarily a ride? Anyone out there able to make sense of this article?

There are a number of Star Wars related things coming to DHS over the next few months, but the full Star Wars Land is still several years off. You can read the details of what is coming short term here:

I'm excited about all the Star Wars stuff that will be open when we are in HS on Dec 1, but I did warn DF that I'll be doing rides while he waits 1+hours for his souvenir popcorn bucket!
