Does Disney limit the amount of drinks someone can buy? It seems like a huge liability to have someone over the legal limit wandering around and riding the Haunted Mansion twenty times in a row.
You're probably right; I was wondering if they might want to use the opportunity to create a real eye-popper of free advertising (y'know, for those weird people who visit Anaheim on business but have no interest in seeing the parks while they're there.) And also create a great Welcome Mat for the people descending from the parking garage. The back side of fantasy costs money though, so...

That's probably about what the scale and scope of it will look like from the parking structure, although since the two big ride warehouse buildings will form most of the backdrop I would suspect the backside will be slabsided buildings dressed up a bit like a taller version the Indiana Jones building visible from Downtown Disney and the tram loading area.
