One thing unique to Sleeping Beauty Castle at DLP is that the back entrance is elevated above ground level and has stairs that lead into Fantasyland, unlike the other Disney theme park castles, which enter Fantasyland from the back entrance at ground level. Does anyone here know the reason(s) that this was used on DLP's castle?:

I also noticed that the front and back entrances at WDW's castle are even (at least according to this picture), while the front entrance appears considerably lower in the DLP castle pic. Is there some kind of elevation in the floor of the castle, which makes the front entrance lower than the back?
