Construction has started on the mix use are for the Speedway completely with a movie theater and Bass Pro.

I know they have licensedour rights to an FEC type attractions but I wonder if they have fancied a full blown park like Ferrari World.

Area needs a Bass Pro Shop, I know plenty who drive all the way over to I-Drive. Not as certain gelato hits the target market.

Is this on the same side of ISB as the track, or across the street? I thought the latter, but hard to say from artwork.
