Should I move to Celebration? Artisan Park?

Hello! I currently live in Orlando and just find it to be way too crazy for me. I'm considering purchasing a condo or townhome in Celebration and am looking for advice or others who live in the area.
I have found this website for Artisan Park and want to know if anyone else lives here and has any comments for me:

Celebration is wonderful, and I loved living there (both downtown and in georgetown) but the quality of construction is sub-par at best. But location is prime, and it's a family friendly community.
