Security popup

Pardon my computer "stupidity", but every time I enter the web site (not even on the forums), I keep getting a security alert popup that states "The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site" There are 3 choices on the bottom of the box that says Yes, No, and view certificate. No matter what choice you hit, it just keeps popping back up then freezes the computer. I then have to log out and come back in. Sometimes the box is gone, sometimes it returns...Brand new computer, all the latest updates, no problems on ANY other website except this one...any ideas???

It sounds like it may be related to an ad appearing on the site.

Which web browser do you use, and are you using Windows?

Internet Explorer & Windows 10

Use anything but IE. Edge, Chrome, Firefox. (Although if its a blue E you might be using Edge without knowing it) Internet Explorer is kind of hidden on 10.

Is the time/date correct on your computer?
They don't have an SSL version of the site, so you shouldn't be seeing anything with certificates, unless as Steve said its ad-related. Are you going to https://forums.wdwmagic.com or http://forums.wdwmagic.com?

I had a similar thing just now with Mozilla Firefox. Everything appears to be working now, but I thought I'd mention it in case anyone else has run into this.
