Here is my digital scrapping try at this challenge. (this is my daughter Katie --- diva in training!) LOL!

I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro ... and there are some really neat filters and
plug-ins that will glitter or bling just about anything!

I try and make my own embellishments sometimes ... but I didn't make those ... but I saw that mickey one and coudn't pass it up.
