Room request suggestions for Boulder Ridge Villas

We will be staying at Boulder Ridge Villas this December in a studio villa. It will be my wife and I with our two young kids (7 and 4). Any suggestions on requesting a room? Ground floor vs top floor? Close to elevators? Close to lobby? Facing Bay Lake or facing Magic Kingdom?

Boulder Ridge Villas are in the existing WL DVC building and do not face MK. Views are of Bay Lake or woods. Close to lobby is nothing more than being close to the front door to walk to the bus stop or into the main lodge. As a general rule, rooms on upper floors are quieter than ground floor rooms but ground floor rooms eliminate the need for an elevator which can be a plus.
