Rider Switch/Fastpass Question

Going to be heading to Magic Kingdom with 6 adults (1 who is pregnant) and 1 toddler who will be 21 months old. Since the pregnant adult (adult 6 in scenario below) won't be able to ride any of the rides that have rider switch would a scenario like this work:

Thunder Mountain - Adult 1 and 2 ride w/ Fast Pass while adults 3-5 wait with baby and adult 6 and use Rider Switch while adults 1,2,6, and baby wait for Adults 3-5 to ride.

Then repeat this scenario and continue to mix and match fast passes between the adults. Basically for each ride have 2 adults use fast pass while the other 3 adults who are able to ride wait with the baby and pregnant adult and then use rider switch.

My thought was just have 1 adult go to the Fast pass line with the toddle and 2 adults who are actually riding using the fast pass. Then once those 2 are done, that adult who got the rider switch would approach and ride the ride with the other 2 adults.

Hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for your reply!!!
