Remy- Wine Pairing

Hi, I am hooked for a 7 night cruise aboard the Fantasy in September to celebrate my 3rd wedding anniversary and plan on making reservations at Remy (if I am able to). I understand that to dine for dinner, it costs an additional $85 per person, but I do have a question in regards to the wine pairing I was hoping you all could help with.

According to the DCL website:
  • Remy Wine Pairing Experience: $105 charge per person
Is that $105 on top of the $85 per person, making the dinner $190 per person? Or does the $105 cover the cost of dinner and wine?



Also, since my husband is not a huge wino, will I be allowed to only do one wine pairing or does everyone in the party have to?

It's in addition- we did this on the Dream in 2014. It was a great experience- we tasted some excellent wines but it is very expensive so I would only suggest it if you really really like wine. I'm pretty certain just one person can do it.
