My college students just love the Biergarten, ESPN Club, Teppan Edo, Rose & Crown with Illuminations, and Boma for the breakfast or dinner buffet.

I recommend the Biergarten and Rose and Crown as well.

I'd recommend Planet Hollywood or House of Blues, both in DTD.

DTD = Down Town Disney... no idea on the EHS... maybe a typo for DHS = Disney Hollywood Studios?

You'd probably enjoy just about any place you pick. Look into any place in World Showcase at EPCOT they are all very good just depends on your taste.

Whispering Canyon Cafe at the WL for some fun and good food.
Boma at the AKL for some great atmosphere and some really different delicious foods
Liberty Tree Tavern in the MK because its good home-style food (think Thanksgiving), don't let the fact that its a character meal put you off. I've seen many people your age and older there having a great time, I know my teens love it.
Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary because its all you care to eat and its good.
Restaurant Marrakesh in Epcot for good food and the belly dancer :lookaroun

There is also ESPN Club and the Big River Grille on the Boardwalk as well as Spoodles for some decent pasta.
