Reasonable travel options from MCO to DTD and back

My family and I are doing a Disney cruise this year instead of WDW. When we do WDW we usually start our vacation @ DTD. Whats the cheapest way to get from the airport to dtd and back? Thought about taking a taxi but that may be to expensive and the only other option that I can see is renting a car for the night. Any opinions would be great. TIA.

A one day rental may be your best bet. Cab is probably at least $35-45 each way. You should be able to snag a one day rental for under $50.
