Can anyone tell me when the Annual Pass version of the Star Card starts if you pre-order it? We arrive next month on the 5th but I'd like to pre-order it. I know that the Universal AP themselves don't start until you enter a park, but I want to know about the photo card. Any help would be great, thanks!
