Question about "Hotel Credit"

Hi guys,

Happy Friday!!
I ended up changing my reservation slightly seeing it was cheaper with the pass holder option which we are. I ended up getting a credit back of $31.00 but said it "will be applied to your hotel account."

I would hope they would just put it back to my original payment method.
How does this work? Anyone had a similar situation?

If you want it now, you have to ask for it now. Otherwise, it'll be on your account to be used towards room charges when you check in.

Darn! I guess its only if you call then? They don't give you options online...

And if you don't have any room charges when you check out, you will be credited the $31.00 to your original payment method.
