I imagine that the improved economy will dramatically shoot up the normal resort rates. Supply and demand for hotel rooms are more short-term and thus more volatile, in my opinion. Anyone have numbers on that? I know it's like comparing apples to oranges, but maybe some numbers are out there. Thanks.
