Does anyone know what time registration for the 2018 race opens tomorrow?
Also, what type of deals are usually offered to participants?
Thanks

RunDisney registrations typically open at noon eastern. There are deals on tickets and hotel rooms...you need to call RunDisney to see what the discounts are.

General registration opens at noon tomorrow, Eastern time (9:00 am for West Coasters).

There haven't been "deals" for race participants at resorts for several years now. But WDW usually offers discounted rooms during that time frame. But I wouldn't wait until those are released sometime in the Fall. The 2018 Princess will be the 10th anniversary, which will bring out even more participants than usual - and this is probably the most popular WDW race. Once you register for your race(s), I'd make your resort room reservations - you can always update when discounts are announced.

Early registration for AP/DVC members for both the Fairy Tale Challenge and 10K races are sold out (registration started last Thursday at noon and ends at 8:00 PM tonight). 10k bibs are limited in number due to set aside for the Challenge (10k & Half). So if that is the race you want to run in, make sure you are ready to go tomorrow at noon. If this is your first runDisney race, go to Active.com and create an account before noon tomorrow. If you already have an Active.com account, log in before noon. runDisney uses Active to collect registration info and handle payments. You don't want to loose a spot because it took you 10 minutes to create an account.

Good luck!

And we'll see you in 2018.

A few years back runDisney shifted all their hotel and ticketing to 3rd party travel agents. Some may indeed offer discounts on their own (basically they book a bank of rooms and get a discount of rack), and some will do the auto rebooking if discounts are announced like the good Disney TAs do. But if you miss registering, booking through a TA may be the only way to get a bib unless you don't mind running for a charity.

As far as normal room discount, check out the historical discount data here -> https://www.mousesavers.com/historical-information-on-walt-disney-world-resort-discounts/#codetrends to see what WDW has done in the past. But keep in mind that the Princess weekend usually overlaps with school vacation weeks, so rooms are usually pretty booked so some resorts/room types may be excluded from discounts for that weekend.
