Port Orleans Riverside -which building to request?

First time staying at POR! I am super excited- taking a long weekend first weekend of Feb and final getting to stay here! I want to stay in the mansions-not a royal room, so any suggestions on which building to request? I have standard room, but would like to be close to lobby? bus? I notice that this resort is spread out more than the Deluxe resorts I am used to staying in. I don't mind walking but I would like to be somewhat near to the bus and lobby. Thanks !

There are two Mansion buildings without royal rooms (which as you know are a separate booking category) ~ Acadian House and Magnolia. Both of these buildings are near a bus stop (POR has 4 stops) but Magnolia is somewhat closer to the lobby and food court.

My vote is for Magnolia Terrace.
