Pollo Campero was a mixed bag. I thought the food was OK, but portion size for the price was an issue.

Hate to see the joint close but I'm sure they will have a better replacement. The chicken was good but the sides and others were medicore at best. They did have a all you can eat pico de gallo bar so that's a plus. And the water was good. Extremely cold and filtered water.

However, it would have to be a large expansion to build around the back of LEGO

I don't think it is too big. The store needs either be larger so there is room to walk around or they have to thin out the merch they are selling to make more room inside. Either way that store is way too cramped specially in the evenings.

Unless you are gluten free like my wife . Baby cakes had gluten free donuts and pastries that my wife enjoyed each trip. They would also have them at Cape May Cafe for breakfast. I guess thats over. Sad for her
