Hey there. Allow me to jump in here and shamelessly plug my own Disney podcast. 
It's called "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Pod" and the website is www.AaronsPod.com. The newest episode (#4) just went up yesterday. Cool that TIVO can download them now... I'm curious to see how that interfaces.
Other good ones that come to mind include "The MousePod" and "Daily Dose of Disney." There are a lot of good ones out there, and I'm actually going through some new episodes of various Disney podcasts right now. If you have iTunes, you can search for "Disney" under the podcasts section.
