Pleasure Island announces July concert lineup

Seven new bands will take the stage at Pleasure Island in July.
The lineup, which includes a variety of musical talents and genres, will perform at the West End Stage. These performances are included with the price of Pleasure Island admission.
Here's a list of the bands performing.
80z All-Stars -- '80s rock and roll band from San Diego (July 1-7)
Faith and Desire -- '80s quartet from Vancouver (July 8-15)
Hot Brass Monkey -- Nine-piece R&B/funk band from Miami (July 16-20)
Brave Men the Band -- Local group performing a myriad of oldies from the past 30 years (July 21)
Top Cats -- A variety of music emphasizing styles from the '50s, '60s, and '70s (July 22-24)
Heatwave -- Motown-style dance band from Miami (July 25-28)
Strange Daze -- Eclectic variety of music featuring a pyrotechnic female violinist (July 29-31)
On July 10, Rock 'n' Roll Beach Club will host four bands from Central Florida in a battle of the bands. The winning band will earn a one-night contract to play at Pleasure Island.
