"Pig Dipper" at Lunching Pad

Hey....anybody tried the new offering at the Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland?
It's called the "Pig Dipper", described as a BBQ pork shank. This is an interesting addition to the handy dandy turkey legs.

Seriously though, how is this pork sold? As a sandwich? On a stick? I'm not familar with pork shank.

I tried googling it and got a bunch of recipes. I guess is not a popular cut of pork. It is usually made as braised pork shank. Just do a search and you can see pictures. It looks similar to a turkey leg, only smaller.

I think it is intended to be held in your hand and eaten, like the turkey leg. I think it may be popular if it is like BBQ ribs.

Pork Shank = The part of the leg between the knee and ankle.

Which is very similar to a "Ham Hock".

I always loved the sound of that term, "ham hock". Especially hearing Bobby "The Brain" Hennan state "look at the ham hocks on that one" (in a demeaning manner). :lol: :lol:

Nothing was better than Gorilla Monsoon and "The Brain" talking pro wrestling back in the day.
