Photoshop 3

My friend has photoshop 3 and got a cd-rw drive today. Is this a good program to make disney clip arts with?

Second...a great free program is out there called GIMP...its like PhotoShop.....but you get to save $700. go over to TechTV.com and you can download it there..

No Prob... NowInc told me about GIMP about a week or two ago and its GREAT!....just do a search on TechTV.com 's home page... and you'll find it.

..photoshop 3 is sub-par for todays standards.. ( i started back in version 2.5...and that was *cough* years ago)...and unless you BOUGHT it..lets not talk about it any further..ok?
